As a Paid Media Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and executing performance-driven digital campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn, catering to clients in the US, Australia, and Sri Lanka. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their specific business goals, providing data-driven strategies that boost leads, conversions, and revenue.

The task at hand?

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to craft comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the client’s objectives.

Perform detailed research and competitive analysis to uncover opportunities and customize strategies for each client's industry and target audience.

Set up, manage, and optimize digital ad campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.

Create compelling ad copy and design landing pages to drive high engagement and conversions.

Monitor performance metrics and budgets, making data-informed optimizations to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Examine campaign data and key performance metrics to identify improvement areas and execute optimization strategies.

Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages to continually enhance campaign performance.

Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights, showcasing the effectiveness and impact of campaigns.

Implement CRO strategies to increase client conversion rates and improve landing page performance.

Analyze user behavior and site performance to spot conversion obstacles and areas for improvement.

Work closely with the web development and design teams to develop and test impactful CRO experiments.

The ideal candidate has:

At least 1 year of proven experience as a Performance Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role in a digital marketing agency.

Google Ads and/or Facebook Ads certifications. Expertise in managing and optimizing digital ad campaigns across multiple platforms, with a proven record of delivering strong results for clients.

Deep understanding of Google Ads and Facebook Ads. Strong analytical abilities, capable of interpreting data and making data-driven recommendations.

A proactive, results-driven attitude with a passion for staying current on digital marketing trends and best practices.
